Fair Mortgage Calculator provides browser-based mortgage and home affordability calculators for educational planning. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the site.

Calculator inputs

Calculator values such as loan amount, interest rate, term, income, debts, down payment, taxes, insurance, HOA fees, and PMI are processed in your browser to update estimates. These calculator inputs are not submitted to a server by the site.

Hosting and security logs
